The International Coffee Organization lowered its 2004-2005 world coffee forecast to 110.5 million bags, down from the previous month's forecast of 114.00 million. Also, the ICO lowered the forecast for 2005-06 1 million bags to 105.0 million bags. Maybe this is the news we need for coffee to move higher.
We bought Dec Corn & sold Dec Wheat at 104 cent yesterday. Target price 80-70 cents, this is subject to change with the weather. The crop production numbers should support this spread.
